STAND by Your Band.

StandCD

“100,000 ways to harvest hope”, what a great title to design an album around. We just finished this one up with Dublin-raised/New York-based four-piece rock act Stand. These guys are the real deal and work hard to get their great songs heard, we’re honored to help with this project.  The band’s website states “All are songs of hope and optimism during a dark era of life as our generation has known it so far.” We hope our design helps in whatever way to get these great songs to folks that could use some healing…and love good rock and roll!

New poster designed for STAND.

We just finished working on a new poster design for a great band from Ireland (seemed fitting). We really enjoy working with these guys, a very talented bunch ‘o lads that we hope make it big one day. This poster supported their show in NYC at the Mercury Lounge as part of the Craic, a music and film festival. http://thecraicfest.com/

The lettering for “STAND” was actually done with spray paint and cheap stencil in our driveway…VERY high tech.

Here’s a few different takes on how the stencil was used in different layouts:

STAND BAND design work

We just finished working on two new poster designs with the management for the band Stand. These lads are originally from Dublin, Ireland and make their home in NYC now. Very talented group of blokes, check them out here: http://www.standland.com/

“Imagine the writing of Neil Finn mixed with the wide-open spaces of Pink Floyd”- Irish Examiner

The two posters were designed with screen printing in mind, as of now, they are produced for digital print production. We’ll let you know when and if they are available as serigraphs.
